Today, Jeremy and The Dubs took me on a date! We went to Chilis. We laughed through the entire meal. B-Dub has decided that every time we get together, we need to open with a devotional. It was really, really nice to get out! Thanks, guys.
Dear Jeremy-
I am amazed by your patience, your perseverance, your compassion, your hard work, your tireless efforts and your love. These surgeries are really the very hardest on you. Yet, you do it and you get us all through it. You work all day, come home and make dinner and do laundry and take the kids swimming or to scouts, you do the grocery shopping, the bill-paying, the lunch-making, the medicine sorting, take the phone calls from the school... you make sure I have everything that I need and that the kids have everything that they need. I know that my pain scares you. I know that you get so frustrated that you can't make it better. But, I know you are there. You kiss me a hundred times a day and remind me that I can do this. You ask me a hundred and one times what I need and how you can help me. I love you very, very much. And, I will make it through this. We all will.
