Christmas Eve morning, we woke up and picked up Uncle Brandon, then went to visit my dad. The kids had a great time playing ping pong and opening presents.
When we got home from doing that, we ate lunch and took naps. Then Daddy came home and the fun began! We had french bread pizza for dinner. YUMMO! Then the kids and Dad got the luminaries ready to be set out. Colton is positive that the luminaries helped the reindeer get to our house!
After that, the kids got Santa's cookies ready for him and Comet. Not sure why Comet was the reindeer they were most concerned about, but whatever...
Then the kids did some fun Christmas worksheets...
After that, it was time to open pajamas. This is our Christmas Eve tradition. Everyone gets new jammies and opens them on Christmas Eve. We watched a movie together and then it was bed time.
Christmas morning! Our eager kiddos in their new jammies. They slept until 6 a.m. Thanks guys!
Then, it was fun! Opening gifts, discovering new treasures, being excited for their siblings with their new toys... I LOVE Christmas morning!
We had our traditional scones for breakfast and then cleaned up. We have family coming over for lunch and then it's just a day full of being together as a family!
