Last night was the Father/Son Campout up Spanish Fork Canyon. This is what happened to one of our sons...Chainsaw mis-hap...
Poor Braxton... It cut through the fat and the muscle, but the nerves appear unharmed, thank goodness! They did a little plastic surgery...sewed up the muscle and then the skin. 
He will be in pain for the next few days and won't get the stitches out for fourteen days.
Even though it's painful and ugly, and the scar won't be too attractive, I am VERY grateful that there was no nerve damage and that he will heal. Other than this...the boys had a great time last night! 
You should have heard Wally when I gasped and he asked what, and I told him Braxton got hurt by a chainsaw! Yikes! I'm glad he's all in one piece--poor guy! Oh, the fun of being a mom of boys...
