Thursday

This morning went much more smooth, except it took me a wee bit longer to do everything. Nana started a new fun thing, something we did when we were young. Each boy got to choose a day. They get to choose what is for breakfast on that day, and it will be that same thing every week on that day. They are excited about that.

Going to school went much better today. That made me feel relief beyond words! There was a bag of M & Ms on my desk when I got to work. That made me smile. My boys had a good day at school. Braxton got his new bike! Ryan put it together for me. Braxton is so excited about it. The two younger boys are excited to have their "new" bikes, since Braxton's old bike is now Kaydon's and Kaydon's is now Colton's.

We went swimming at a new pool tonight. We weren't there too long before they ushered everyone out because of contamination. So, we came home and I made dinner, started laundry, made lunches and got the kids bathed. It's bed time for us now. Reading, prayer and dozing off.

I didn't cry once today!! I thought about it, but I didn't do it. I did, though, feel some raw, hard emotions and I was able to cope with them. I'm proud of us. We have almost made it through this week. I am so grateful.
