Winning

When I was in the fourth grade, and my name was Heidi Robb, I won a cake walk.

I will never forget it.

I landed on the number 24.

And, then I heard, "Heidi Robb wins the cake walk! Heidi Robb wins the cake walk!"

It was Heaven on Earth!

Since then, my "lucky" number has become 24.

Since then, I have won NOTHING. And when I say nothing, I mean nothing.

But, last night, in the confines of my very own garage... I won something!

Actually, I won 2 things!

I won TWO ping pong games against the clear ping pong champion... Emilyah!

Fair and square.

I won.

It sent me back to fourth grade.

It was pretty much blissful!

Why do I blog about this?

Because let's face it, I will probably never beat her again and I never want to forget that I did!
