Family Day and Thoughts

This morning, we had our family breakfast at our house. Daddy fixed pancakes and I managed the scrambled eggs. Uncle Jared brought his Wii and we bowled. It was a blast! Who knew Colton could practically bowl a score of 200?! We really had a fun time.
After church, we went to my Mom's house for dinner and so that Jeremy could help her with some things. Sunday dinners at Nana's are always so nice. Dinner was delicious and the company was even better. It was a really great day with family!
Today, at church though, my heart was touched. My Spirit was filled. My mind felt rejuvenated. My sweet friend, Holly, bore her testimony. Her words and her emotion touched my heart. She was just released as Jackson's primary teacher. He misses her already. How grateful I am for Primary teachers who love and teach our children.
Then, in primary, one of my greatest examples, Keiran, bore her testimony not once, but twice. She told the children that she KNOWS Jesus will come again. We don't know when, or how, but He will. She KNOWS this. She said that she felt the Spirit so strong, and that she hoped the children did as well.
Dear Keiran, I felt it. I felt it just as strong as you. I felt it through you. I felt it because of you. I felt it because it WAS so strong. Keiran, I also know that He will come again. I also don't always make the right choices, but I know that He hasn't and won't give up on me. I know that sometimes, okay maybe a lot of times, He probably shakes His head at me, but all the while, He loves me. Thank You Keiran. Thank You for touching my heart today. I love your guts.
P.S. Our TWO chain links today told us to open the door for mommy and to look at Christmas lights. The lights are beautiful all over. So pretty. And, boys, thanks for taking care of Mommy.
