Dear Santa:

Today's link from our countdown chain brought us an opportunity to write letters to Santa. When I think of "Dear Santa" letters, I think of making a LOOOOONG list of things that I want and highlighting EXTRA BRIGHT the things that I want the mostest!

Interestingly, my children did NOT do this. In fact, they praised him. They thanked him for "dressing nicely" and making good choices by "wearing warm clothes in the winter." They told him that they had "been a little bad, but a little good too." They told him that he is a "great man." They told him that they hope he has a "great Christmas." And told him that they are SO glad that their Grandpa is "his best helper." They also told him how proud they are of their daddy who delivers letters to Santa.

Where, oh where, did I go wrong??!! :)
