Today, Jeremy got home and I made dinner. Jeremy cleaned dinner up, took the kids to get sno-cones and worked on a project with Jackson while I went with Joanie and Dianne for some GIRL TIME. We made these adorable books (thanks Holly!!!) I don't scrapbook, or do anything girly or creative because I am not good at it. I was so nervous that I was getting sick to my stomach. But, I had SO MUCH FUN and it turned out pretty darn cute! Thanks girls!
Then, we loaded up and went to Daddy's softball game. Daddy played catcher. Daddy hit the ball all three times. Daddy ROCKED!!! The kids LOVE going to those games. They played catch, flirted with Chris' wife, asked where Dave was, and sat on Grandpa's lap. Grandma brought snacks too! Ooooh Yummy!
It was a good day. No major meltdowns. Mommy had girl time. Daddy had boy time. We had FAMILY time. It was a good day.
