Date Night!We don't have too many of these, when it is just the two of us.
We went to dinner at my mom's house. She had a bbq for my little brother who is visiting from Atlanta. It was delicious and she was the perfect hostess :)
Then, we went to the movie theater.
Listen, this is weird. We don't go anywhere without our kids, so when they aren't with us, we feel a little flustered, like we have NO IDEA how to act.
So, we invited our super duper friends Dave and Wendy to come along. They said YES! Hooray! Hooray for a night with grown ups!
We saw a completely inappropriate, yet HYSTERICAL movie...I ate DIBBS (YUMMO!), Jer had his Coke, they had their popcorn and it was grown up bliss!

ReplyDeletelet me guess did you see Year One? I saw that last week and thought it was totally inappropriate, but sadly well worth the time away. It's so nice to have grown up time. Yeah you!!!
