Jeremy: "How are you today?"
Me: "Fine"
Jeremy: "No, really...how are you today
Me: "Fine"
Jeremy: "Seriously Heidi...How are you?"
Me: "Fine"
This is our every day. Jeremy asking me a thousand times over how I am and me answering either "fine" or "never been better." The second answer really irritates him because he knows I am lying. Today, however, I just answered with the "fine" and left it at that. Today, as most days, "fine" really has so many meanings.
Today, I am tired. Today, I am grateful. Today, I am sore. Today, I am loved. Today, I am feeling stress. Today, I am happy. Today, I miss my mom. Today, I am excited. Today, I am pleased.

Today I am FINE.
