There Is Sunshine In My Soul Today!

Dear God:

Thank You for the SUNSHINE this morning! I find it so joyful to open all of the curtains in my house and have my soul be flooded with the GLORY of the SUNSHINE! True, it shines on the floors that need to be vacuumed and the kitchen floor that desperately needs to be swept and mopped, the beds that need to be made, the laundry that needs to be done, the dishes that need to be washed, and the kids that need to be handled, BUT it all seems a little more possible with the beautiful LIGHT that has filled my Spirit. I realize I am not the only one who can see the sun shining today, but for just this one minute, I am imagining it is just for me. Somedays I feel that I just need one string to grasp on to be able to carry me through a particular trial. Today, it is the sun shining. So, once again Father, thank You. Thank You for the small blessings which make my Spirit full. I hope I make Thee proud today! Love, Heidi
